The James Webb Space telescope, located about 930,000 miles away from Earth, began scientific service one year ago today.

In the time, it has captured amazing views of the universe and even took a glimpse at Saturn within our own solar system.

The video above provides a glimpse of some of the spectacular images it has taken of features across the universe.
