Severe storm threat returns to Plains

A severe weather outbreak is brewing for the central Plains. As this system starts to come together today and tomorrow, you will want to pay close attention to the forecast.

The temperature at Eagles Nest, NM, plunged to 45 degrees below zero to establish an April record for the United States.
