Our WeatherRadar shows storms rolling out of Detroit, moving across Lake Erie and developing into a long squall line, before slamming into Cleveland. It continued onward deeper into eastern Ohio.

The storm produced frequent lightning and brought massive wind gusts to northeastern Ohio into western Pennsylvania.

Numerous trees were downed and power outages in excess of 300,000 customers have been reported.

It has been a busy couple of days across the Great Lakes.

On Monday, a tornado-producing storm hit Fort Erie, Ontario, before moving across the International border into Buffalo.
