Oklahoma and Kansas pounded by storms

It's been a busy severe season for the Plains, and powerful storms once again pounded Kansas and Oklahoma on Sunday. The video above shows some of the damage in Custer City, Oklahoma.

Powerful storms erupted across the Plains, just a few days after deadly storms cut power to much of the Houston metro. This time, parts of Oklahoma and Kansas bore the brunt of hurricane-force winds, large hail, and tornadoes, as storms erupted on Sunday.

At least 13 tornadoes were reported across Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma on Sunday. In Oklahoma, some of the worst damage occurred in Custer County, where nearly 20 homes were damaged. So far, no fatalities have been reported, but two were injured in Butler, Okla.
