Flipping to La Niña
90% chance El Niño dissipates by June

The chances of the El Niño phenomenon dissipating by the end of May are now at 90%.

That is according to the national weather bureau of Japan, who also say that La Niña, the cooler side of the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), has a 60% chance of returning by November.
