While isolated severe storms are possible from southeastern Montana down to Oklahoma and Missouri, scattered to multiple severe storms are expected for places like McCook and Lincoln, Neb., Kansas City, Mo., and Colby, Wichita and Liberal, Kan.

These severe storms are expected during Saturday afternoon and through the overnight hours, posing an extra risk of nocturnal storms. Keeping your notification volume up will be important in case a nocturnal tornado spins up.
