Messy Northeast, cold take over!

The cold will take over this week (and continue) for much of the United States. But first, messy conditions on the roads on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning for the Northeast. About a tenth of ice across central New York and up to 4 inches of snow across Upstate NY. New York City through the Boston area could get around 1 inch of rain.
