Where there's fresh snow
Hitting the slopes? We can help

The Rockies, Cascades and Sierra have recently received inches, even feet, of fresh powder. On Tuesday, one snowboarder took advantage of the fresh snow in Brighton, Utah.

The WeatherRadar has been very active across the western half of the country over the last few days, as multiple storms brought mountain snow to the Cascades, Rockies and Sierra. While there is some lingering snow over the Colorado Rockies this morning, quieter conditions are in place for the remainder of the week across the western half of the country.

This break in the action means sunshine and perfect weather for hitting the slopes. These previous storms have primed ski resorts for winter recreation just as many are off for Thanksgiving Break.
