Tornadoes caused significant damage in Marianna and Panama City Beach, Fla., early Tuesday, with buildings demolished or displaced from their foundations.

The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed this was part of multiple tornado occurrences across the Florida Panhandle, including DeFuniak Springs, Panama City, and Marianna.

The NWS issued several tornado watches and warnings overnight, with social media revealing extensive storm damage by morning.
