Will it stick?
Snowy start in the Northeast

New York Department of Transportation cameras caught snowy streets in West Nyack, N.Y., on Tuesday morning. Tricky travel may be an issue for those in the Northeast.

The WeatherRadar shows snow pushing through the Northeast today. It was a snowy start for many communities, including West Nyack, N.Y., where New York Department of Transportation cameras showed snow-covered roads.

While the snow may add a festive touch to Christmas Eve Day, travel trouble is possible, especially along the heavily traveled I-95 corridor. Freezing rain also set up this morning from the Washington, D.C. metro into parts of Philadelphia, making travel challenging.

The good news is that our WeatherRadar shows conditions improving as we head into Christmas Day.
