There were 3 preliminary tornadoes reported. One happened in Decatur County, Georgia, where the winds caused roof damage to a convenience store, and two other ones in Alabama. These last two were captured on the radar after debris signature was seen by meteorologists. There were limbs down on I-65 near mile marker 244 in Chilton County, Alabama. More damage was observed in Shelby County Alabama, as many trees were down along highway 145.

Local National Weather Service meteorologists will survey the area and determine the classification of the tornadoes. We will update this story as soon as we receive more information.
