Street flooding in Norman, Okla.

Heavy rain made streets nearly impassable in Norman, Okla., on Wednesday morning. The flash flood threat continues from north Texas into Arkansas through Thursday morning.

The WeatherRadar shows heavy downpours moving through central Oklahoma on Wednesday morning. Water piled up in the street in Norman, Okla., as 2 to 4 inches fell across the region.

With more rain on the way through Thursday morning, additional flash flooding is possible across north Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and southwestern Illinois.
