The storms started very early on Wednesday, even developing a tornado warned cell in Owasso, Oklahoma, which caused damage.

The storm showed signs of rotation, but the National Weather Service Office in Tulsa will review the damage later today to confirm whether it was (or not) indeed a tornado. Remember, a tornado is only confirmed if there is a visual of the actual tornado or if it has been confirmed by NWS staff after it has caused damage, and then it would be rated. Tree, power line, and roof damage were reported.
