Tornado hits Princeton, Ind.

Powerful storms rolled across the Midwest and Mid-South on Thursday. Tornado damage was reported in Princeton, Ind., where homes sustained severe damage and power lines were downed.

The WeatherRadar showed storms firing up across the Midwest and Mid-South yesterday. In total, there were 168 storm reports, including one reported tornado that struck Princeton, Ind.

The video above shows debris strewn across a neighborhood with downed powerlines. Despite the damage, no injuries were reported.

The WeatherRadar shows showers and storms moving toward the East Coast today, with strong storms possible from north Florida to the Mid-Atlantic. Damaging winds and hail are the main threats, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
