Atmospheric river slams California

Task Force California Flooding

Weather & Radar's Task Force is activated. California is reeling as a powerful atmospheric river continues to bring flash flooding, landslides and life-threatening conditions to the southern half of the state.

All hands are on deck today as we see a rare high risk of excessive rainfall over southern California for the second day in a row. Meteorologist James West has the latest forecast, while Becca Parker will be live later today with the latest updates.
