Parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia all reported tornado activity Monday night and Tuesday morning with parts of the Florida Panhandle, including Grand Lagoon, being hit hard. In the East, many schools are closed or are closing early due to the imminent flood threat and gusty winds. Make sure you have a least three ways of receiving weather warnings.

Meanwhile, many schools are closed due to the rough conditions left behind in the Plains as the blizzard hit Monday. Stranded vehicles are being checked out this morning.
